Special Members Meeting: Bylaws

According to the Recreation Facilities Association of Nova Scotia by-laws, the Board of Directors hereby gives notice of a Special Members Meeting to be held via Zoom on April 29, 2025, at 10:00 am (Atlantic Time).

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve and adopt the revised bylaws of the Recreation Facilities Association of Nova Scotia as set out in the attached document.

The Board of Directors reviewed the proposed revised bylaws at a Special Board Meeting on March 19, 2025, and passed a motion to support the proposed bylaws and the date and time for the Special Members Meeting.

The business for the Special Members Meeting will be the approval of a Special Resolution to accept the revised bylaws. The meeting agenda is attached.
