Recreation Facility Development (RFD) Program

The deadline for applying to the Recreation Facility Development (RFD) Program is Monday February 4th, 2019.
The Province of Nova Scotia Recreation Facility Development Grant Program helps community groups, municipalities and other not-for-profit organizations develop recreation and sport indoor and outdoor facilities open to the public. Examples include renovations to buildings and parks, developing and maintaining walking trails and playgrounds, and building and upgrading fields for sport and recreation.
Projects are eligible to apply for up to one-third (1/3) of the total capital cost of the project to a maximum of $150,000.
