Mariners Centre is Seeking an Aquatics Supervisor

 

The Mariners Centre is a multi-purpose sport, recreation, and event facility in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. In October 2022, the Mariners Centre confirmed funding for a historic $30M expansion plan that, when complete, will establish the centre as a vibrant regional hub – adding Aquatics, Fitness, and Multi-Purpose Spaces to the existing facility’s two ice rinks and event hosting spaces.

Reporting to the Aquatics & Programs Manager, the Aquatics Supervisor is a vital member of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the swimming pool and a safe customer experience while at the Mariners on Main Facility. The Aquatic Supervisor will be managing an aquatics team, supporting onboarding, supervising, scheduling and coaching the aquatic team members. Additionally helping and advising in program development and administration, as well as registration and sales of programs, products, and services for the swimming pool.
