Low Carbon Communities and Connect2 program
The NS Department of Energy and Mines is pleased to open the 2020-2021 program of Low Carbon Communities (LCC) and Connect2 (C2). We are inviting communities and organizations to submit an Expression of Interest to get the application process started.
Support is available for transportation, buildings, electricity and other projects that have the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Funding can be used for community planning, feasibility studies, learning by doing, public engagement sessions, program promotion and demonstration projects.
We will be accepting and reviewing submissions for the 2020-21 fiscal year starting today and on an ongoing basis until September 30th, 2020 or until all funds have been allocated.
