Antigonish Town Recreation is Seeking Spring/Summer Maintenance Staff
The Town of Antigonish, Department of Community Development – Parks and Recreation Division is seeking to hire for a seasonal, full-time position of Spring/Summer Maintenance Staff.
The Town of Antigonish Recreation Department offers a wide array of programming, equipment and spaces for you and your family to stay healthy and active all year-round. Recreation includes parks, trails, facilities fields, youth and senior programs, as well as community opportunities for culture and heritage.
The Community Development Department focuses on enhancing the overall quality of life for residents in Antigonish and surrounding communities by creating an environment that encourages new development, promotes entrepreneurship, and fosters our cultural well-being, as well as community pride.
As a member of the Parks and Recreation public space maintenance crew, the Summer Maintenance Staff will perform work required for the care, preservation, maintenance, and repair of recreational facilities and public spaces as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
