Annual General Meeting Announcement
Notice is hereby given to all members of the Recreation Facility Association of Nova Scotia (RFANS) that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Zoom on June 12, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
RSVP deadline is June 5, 2024, at 4:00 pm via contacting Jennie Greencorn, Executive Director, at rfans@sportnovascotia.ca. If more than one person is attending per membership, please designate one person to cast the vote and indicate who the person will be by the RSVP deadline.
We are seeking nominations for the following board positions:
President (2- year term)
Vice President (2-year term)
Valley Regional Representative (2-year term)
Central Regional Representative (2-year term)
Cape Breton Regional Representative (2-year term)
Fundy Regional Representative (2-year term)
Member at Large (2-year term)
Nominations can be sent to rfans@sportnovascotia.ca by June 3, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
Nominations will also be taken from the floor during the AGM.
